Happyology is the charming, sort of new, British kidswear brand you need to know about.
Having sat under the radar for a while, luxury British kidswear brand Happyology has stepped out for spring with a standout collection of super cute baby & childrenswear (for girls and boys). The brand name refers to the happiness of childhood and that’s exactly what the collection reflects. It’s timeless yet playful, dopamine-dressing with a whimsical heritage twist.
It’s most definitely a premium brand with a focus on beautiful detailing, but it does, in my opinion, offer accessible pricing more aligned with top-level high-street brands than traditional designer labels. And the ‘essentials’ collection of jersey ribbed and print basics in perfect shades of muted earthy tones and dusty pastels is more affordable.
It’s also my new go-to for GREAT socks and tights. Something I’m asked about a lot. The perfect kids’ socks, in the right shade and material, at a decent price are surprisingly hard to find.
But the real hero’s are the embroidered and printed pieces – dresses, rompers and blouses with sweet collars and ruffles and the trousers – in timeless styles but with a little more fun. Just such intricate detailing and so, so pretty. Each piece feels special and unique.
I must mention the Dovey trousers with the sweet, embroidered scallop edging. I need them in my size. The knitwear is super cute too: little pull-on skirts, popcorn knits and the conversation cardigans are a dream. And see the sunflower knitted briefs! There’s a matching bonnet too.
