It’s a Halloween kids’ fashion special…
You won’t find full character looks e.g., Spiderman, a pumpkin etc below. I figure you can go to any supermarket or Amazon for those. These are more a tasteful enthusiastic nod to Halloween. A lot of black. Some quite beautiful dresses and accessories. Handy pieces that can be worn way beyond Halloween (metallic leggings, socks & tights, striped pieces) and just dressed up for the night with bat wings or a hairband. Plus a couple of costumes I thought were a little different, super fun, more stylish (as stylish as a bat or ghost gets), easy and might last a while or be nicely passed on. And quite a few skeleton pyjama options as I always think they’re a brilliant way to do trick or treating – cheap, comfy, warm and can then be worn purely as pyjamas until outgrown. You might even get a couple of years wear out of them if you’re lucky.
A little hypocritical I know but I think it’s a good idea to buy preloved if you can – my eldest has stolen my idea to be Weird Barbie and I’ve got nearly everything from Vinted and eBay – and to re-sell or pass on after. But also, I get that sometimes you just need an easy win with a full Primark get up. You’ll find no judgement here. I’ve done both in the past. But hopefully this little edit will provide a little helpful inspo.
