Introducing Marfa Mini by Marfa Stance.
Founded by Georgia Dant (formerly of Burberry & Rag & Bone), Marfa Stance is the British outerwear brand at the top of every fashion editor’s wish list. The signature quilted coats and parachute parkas have quickly achieved cult status. They’re functional, practical, designed to adjust – modular and reversible – last a lifetime and are basically just incredibly cool. A total statement. They’re also quite expensive.
And they’ve just released Marfa Mini.
A limited-edition capsule of their signature patchwork quilt in miniature size. Each piece is made using leftover surplus materials from past women’s collections.
For ages 3-10 years. The coat is £595. Then you have the option of adding on the colourful shearling collar for £195. And/or hood for another £195. There are various colours and bundles available. And they too are made to last and be passed down. An investment. I’m betting they’ll hold their value for resale too.
They’re seriously amazing. I stopped by their Ledbury Road store last week for a closer look and honestly, they’re beautiful. The craftmanship, attention to detail and colours are incredible.
So yes, the price is serious. But so is the coat.
