Basically, an edit of some of my favourite new and old (but good) things. I love a women’s edit! I’m so used to looking at ideas for babies & children, it’s like a treat, an opportunity to indulge my ex-women’s fashion editor self! I mostly compile this edit so I have an actual link to send to my husband, but I hope it gives you some ideas too. You’ll find a mix up of high street and some independent gems.
I’ll explain a few of my favourite Mother’s Day gifts from the edit… I’ve been desperate for THIS cardigan for months and it’s finally back in stock so it’s straight to the top of my list. THIS book, written by Katy Brent an ex-colleague of mine is at the top of my reading list, her first book (How To Kill Men… And Get Away With It) was just brilliant. Expecting the same from her new release. I bought THIS chunky knit vest the other day from Topshop via ASOS expecting to sending it back, but I love it. Like a Toast one but less than 30% of the price. I might change the buttons on it for some antique ones, but I can imagine I’ll wear it loads over blouses, t-shirts and dresses.
A few that are pregnancy and new mum specific: The Bbhugme pregnancy pillow is quite frankly a life saver during and after pregnancy. And the Artipoppe baby carrier is so worth the money in my opinion. Elevates any casual look…
